KEESHEE™, the Keeshee script wordmark, the four-stroke cross mark, and the names of our drops and products are trademarks of KEESHEE LLC. All garment designs, graphics, artwork (including the blossom, scarf, and swordsman graphics), photography, video (including the "Keeshee bump" footage), copy, and the design of this Site are © KEESHEE LLC or used under license. All rights reserved.
Purchasing a Keeshee garment transfers ownership of that physical item to you. It does not grant any license to reproduce the designs on it, to use our marks, or to manufacture or sell goods bearing them.
What you can do
Wear it. Photograph yourself in it and post it. Tag us. Resell your own used garment as what it is. That's all fine and we're glad when you do.
What you can't do
Reproduce, copy, trace, print, embroider, or manufacture our designs or marks on anything; use our name or marks to suggest an affiliation or endorsement that doesn't exist; sell counterfeit or "inspired by" goods using our designs; or copy Site content, images, or video for commercial use without written permission. We will pursue infringers.
Reporting infringement
If you believe something on this Site infringes your copyright or trademark, or you've found someone infringing ours, email legal@kee-shee.com with: (1) identification of the work you say is infringed; (2) the URL or location of the material you say is infringing; (3) your name, address, email, and phone; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We'll respond promptly.
This Site does not host user-uploaded content. If that changes, we will designate a copyright agent and publish the details here.
